How we source and display market and on-chain data.
Coin prices, market cap, volume, and rankings are sourced from CoinGecko. We show 24h and 7d price change percentages, sparklines, and links to coin detail and tickers. Search uses CoinGecko’s search API.
Exchange list, trust scores, 24h volume (BTC), and country data come from CoinGecko. Ticker data per exchange is fetched on demand for the exchange detail page.
Total value locked by protocol is from DefiLlama. We display total liquidity and a table of protocols sorted by TVL, with chain counts where available.
DEX networks and pool search use GeckoTerminal. Search also includes DexScreener for DEX tokens. EVM and multi-chain lists use ChainList plus a local fallback for wallet connections and token tracking.
We use existing standard widgets where possible: TradingView for coin charts, CoinGecko’s embed for the Resources chart, and DexScreener/GeckoTerminal for DEX token charts. Token analysis (liquidity, pool count) is derived from our unified token API. See the project’s WIDGETS.md for a full list.
Wallet token balances and ERC20 price by contract use Moralis when an API key is configured. Portfolio holdings are stored locally and combined with live prices from our backend for summary and P&L.
